Legal
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you visit yessisterco.com, contact Yes.sister, use our content or interact with our products, services, workshops and partnership opportunities.
01
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Yes.sister regarding your access to and use of this website. They apply to all visitors, customers, prospective partners, workshop participants and other users.
Additional terms may apply to a particular order, quotation, workshop, wholesale arrangement, custom-development project or other service. Where additional written terms conflict with these Terms, the additional written terms will govern that specific transaction.
02
Eligibility and Authority
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the website on behalf of a company, organisation, school, retailer or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
Children and young people should use the website, participate in workshops or submit information only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, teacher or other responsible adult where required by applicable law.
03
Permitted Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes, including learning about Yes.sister, viewing collections, reading editorial content, submitting enquiries and exploring partnership opportunities.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the website in accordance with these Terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of any website content or intellectual property.
04
Website Information
We aim to keep website content accurate, useful and current. However, descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, materials, availability, production times, prices, certifications, workshop details and other information may change or may contain errors.
Images are presented for illustration. Screen settings, handmade production, material batches and natural variations may cause the final colour, texture, size or appearance of an item to differ from the website image.
We may correct errors, update information or remove content at any time, including after an enquiry or order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.
05
Products and Services
Yes.sister may present handmade products, DIY kits, crochet flowers, plush companions, home décor, baby and children’s collections, gifts, seasonal collections, workshops, wholesale services, corporate gifting and custom development services.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue, limit or replace products, materials, colours, packaging, specifications or services where reasonably necessary.
Handmade products may include small variations. Such variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not necessarily defects. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
06
Orders, Quotations and Payments
Website content, enquiry forms and preliminary discussions do not by themselves create a binding sales contract. An order or project becomes binding only when it is accepted by the relevant Yes.sister contracting entity in writing or through an authorised checkout or payment process.
Quotations may be subject to minimum order quantities, sampling fees, development costs, tooling costs, material availability, freight, taxes, duties, payment terms, production capacity and validity periods stated in the quotation.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery, product, artwork, compliance and contact information. We may reject, suspend or cancel an order where information is incomplete, payment is not received, fraud is suspected, supply is unavailable or the requested work may infringe law or third-party rights.
Any cancellation, return, refund, delivery or warranty rights will be governed by the transaction-specific terms, our applicable policies and mandatory law in the customer’s jurisdiction.
07
Workshops and Events
Workshop availability, dates, instructors, locations, materials and content may change. Participation may be subject to age guidance, capacity limits, venue rules, safety instructions, cancellation terms and additional host or partner requirements.
Participants must follow reasonable safety directions and inform the organiser of relevant accessibility, allergy or support requirements before attending. A parent, guardian or responsible adult may be required for younger participants.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, travel, accommodation, devices and personal expenses are not included in workshop fees.
08
Wholesale, OEM, ODM and Business Enquiries
Wholesale, retail partnership, corporate gifting, OEM, ODM and other business projects are subject to separate written quotations, specifications, approvals and commercial terms.
Samples, concepts, drawings, prototypes, quotations, costings and project materials supplied during a business discussion are confidential unless otherwise stated. Neither party may use the other party’s name, logo, artwork or confidential materials without permission.
Timelines shown on the website are general guidance only. Final lead times depend on project scope, approvals, testing, materials, quantity, capacity, shipping and other transaction-specific factors.
09
Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including the Yes.sister name, logos, visual identity, photographs, illustrations, graphics, product designs, patterns, text, videos, layouts, icons, software and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Yes.sister and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10
User Content and Story Submissions
You may choose to submit photographs, videos, reviews, comments, stories, ideas, artwork or other content. You retain ownership of content you own.
By submitting content for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission from identifiable people and permission regarding children where applicable.
Where you ask or permit us to publish submitted content, you grant Yes.sister a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, edit for format or length, translate, display and share that content for the agreed website, editorial, community and promotional purposes. You may contact us to request that future use stop, although copies already printed, distributed or lawfully archived may remain.
We do not require you to waive or restrict your right to provide an honest review or opinion. Reviews and feedback must nevertheless be lawful, genuine and not misleading.

15
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Yes.sister will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from website use, including loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data or business interruption.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Yes.sister’s total liability relating to a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Yes.sister for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
16
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, business users agree to indemnify Yes.sister against reasonable losses, claims, liabilities and costs arising from their unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorised content submissions or breach of these Terms.
This section does not apply to consumers where such an obligation would be prohibited or unfair under applicable consumer law.
17
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, intellectual property, legal rights or business operations, including where these Terms are breached.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law and any rights or obligations intended to survive will continue after termination.
18
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute relating to the website are governed by the laws applicable to the Yes.sister entity responsible for the relevant interaction or transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their place of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and Yes.sister agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court or dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable law.
19

Updated Terms apply from the date they are published unless a later date is stated. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order or signed agreement unless required by law or agreed by the parties.
